Grilled Chicken Breast

Very easy and very tender grilled chicken!

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp tumeric

  • 10g runny honey

  • 15g soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 dried red chili

  • 1 Tbsp peanut oil

  • Salt

 

 

Method

  1. Cut the chicken in at the top side every 7 mm

  2. Marinade the chicken for at least 4 hours. Best is over night.

  3. Put the grill on medium heat and grill the chicken first on the side with the cuts for 8 minutes. Then turn around and grill for another 8 minutes. Or use a thermometer and grill until 72°C core temperature.

Good to know

Next time: Do marinade and grilling as described. 74°C core temperature was a little too much
